The target audience for our music veideo will be girls in thier early teens up to girls in the 20's. We think this audiece will work well with our artist as she is going to be a girl in this age gap that girls will want to be like as she will be show as in control in our video.
Our chosen track `If you ca afford me' by Katy Perry fits into the genre of Pop.The fact that it is going to be a pop video meas that as a group we have decided to follow convetions with having our star as the main element of our video.
The type of music video we film will have elements of performance as it is going to involve our star doing lots of singing, although you could say there is a concept to it as we have decide to have her be from different social groups in different parts of the song.
In our Music video we will have our artist who is going to be mainly a typical girly girl although it will include parts of the star as a edgy rock chick and a skater.
We are going to do filming in a few different locations to give variety to our video. The firts shots will be filmed in a colourful milkshake and sweet shop called AllSorts in Brentwood. Were also going to use the skate park in Brentwood. Oe day we wish to go and film in London down bond street to show our star shopping in what look like expesive shots. Londo will also be good for shots when we need busy back ground. Other filming will be done at my house agaist a patterened wall for a more interesting effect.
Our music video will be show on a wide variety of music chanels as we are going for quite a main stream genre. These music channels include MTV, Kiss, The Box, Viva and many more.
